MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL PARISH MEETING HELD AT CHURCH HOUSE VILLAGE HALL, FRAMPTON ON 18TH APRIL  2019 AT 1930.

1/19 The Chairman opened the Meeting by welcoming fellow Councillors and guests to the Annual Parish Meeting of Frampton.

2/19 Apologies for Absence

Apologies were received from Cllr D May, Cllr S Ashton, Cllr A Austin (LCC), Mrs W Cope, Ms N Beeson and Mrs C Pattrick

3/19 Approval of Minutes for APM held 19th April 2018

Cllr Ream proposed and Cllr King Seconded that the minutes of the 2018 Annual Parish meeting be adopted as a true record.

4/19 Parish Chairman’s Report

The Parish Chairman gave a comprehensive report on the Parish for 2018/19. Cllr Burton thanked outgoing Councillors – Cllr Elwood (who resigned in Autumn 2018) and Cllrs Reams, King and May who have decided not to stand again at the coming election on 2nd May 2019 for their long and valuable service to Frampton.

The Chairman closed the Meeting at approximately 2027 and thanked everyone for coming and giving their reports. Refreshments were served.
